All the carry-on sizes use extendable telescopic puller bar, while the check in pullmans use stationery pull bar.
Size Chart:
Telescopic puller bar inserts into the frame(Align notched holes). Stretch puller bar to ensure tight fit. There are different type of telescopic pullers bar available.
